Christine Cilberto
I grew up in the Roxborough area of Philadelphia with my mom, dad, and brother Geoff. I attended John W Hallahan Catholic girls High school and went on to get my teaching degree at West Chester University. I obtained a BS degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor on Psychology. I graduated Cum Laude. I became a certified teacher in 1994. I was a substitute in the Colonial School district in Plymouth Meeting Pa. I got married in 1995 and became a mom for the first time in 1996 and the second time in 1999. I took time off from teaching to be a stay-at-home mom. I went back to teaching when my youngest entered first grade. I have been teaching preschool in the area for over 20 years.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my sons Anthony and Andrew, who are both adults now and pursuing their dreams. Anthony is an accountant and has been married to my daughter in law Abbey for two years. Andrew is a biochemist and still lives at home with my husband and me. I enjoy going to Phillies games, reading, gardening, and watching cooking shows on the Food Network. I have always wanted to be a teacher and love working with young children. I see each day as a new adventure. I have been the Seeds teacher for two years at Seeds of Joy and I love working with the children and families from the Ambler community.
