Our Vision: 

Every child entering our church should feel loved and valued as an individual.  Each child will be assisted in learning that he or she has a special place in the family of God and will be led towards a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Through participation in the Children's Ministry programs, each child will be able to show the love of Jesus in his/her family, neighborhood and school.

Our Programs:

• Sunday School

      Preschool (ages 2-3):  This class' primary focus is to provide a safe and caring environment while they begin their journey of discovering Jesus and realizing their place in the family of God.

     Prekindergarten/ Kindergarten:  This class continues to nurture the children as they begin to discover how to know, love, and follow Jesus Christ.  They begin to learn about the Bible and that the Bible contains stories about God and Jesus.

     Bible Explorers (1st-6th grades):  In September of 1999, we began a new approach to Sunday school for this age group, the Workshop Rotation Model.  This model was based on the concept of Multiple Intelligence Learning.  This theory maintains that the most effective way to teach is through experience.  These "experiences" are provided in the form of workshops.  The workshops are directed toward the individual learner as a spiritual being and rely on the different learning modes to promote each child's unique learning gifts.
